Meeting with Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Seremban....

Dear House Owner...

With BUTL Pro Tem Committee, we meet the officer of the Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Seremban and found out that Dataran Mantin Sdn. Bhd. still have not apply for the Strata Title. Out of all project at BUTL, four location was not being apply for the Strata Title. According to the Law, they have to apply it in within six months from the date of vacant pocession (VP) and that is about 3.5 years ago. JMB is looking into this matter and will advice relevent parties in order for us to get the Strata Title.
